Cancelling prior to delivery: We will make every effort to cancel your order, but once dispatched, delivery is out of our control. If this is the case, follow the steps below:

 

Incorrectly ordered/no longer required: If you no longer require or have incorrectly ordered goods, notify us within 7 days of receipt, quoting the invoice number. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. We will refund the goods (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days. Please return the goods to the address provided.

 

For Goods not in stock: If items are not in stock, we may ship them at a later date, keeping you informed via email. You have the option to amend or cancel. Deliveries must be signed for; goods will not be left without a signature.

If delivery attempts fail, an additional charge may apply. Continuous failures may result in your order being returned to us, with the right to charge redirected or returned delivery costs.
